The gift box arrived super fast (hard to believe considering the monograms had to be printed on and that there were so many customization options available). Everything was neatly packaged and protected in plastic. The gold box is very sturdy and high-quality….and some serious “wow” factor with my name printed on the front! Everything inside was exactly how I had ordered it (correct colors, patterns, styles, etc).

All you really need to do is pull everything out of the plastic and arrange it in the box with the included white paper filler/grass, and it’s ready to go. The tumbler works great. I have some ice water in there right now! It’s going to fit perfectly in my car too (because the large water bottles from the store tend to be too wide–the tumbler is nice and narrow).
